Rockford Riptide

The current season's meet schedule is listed below. If you have internet access please utilize Direct Athletics (www.directathletics.com or use link at left or entries link under each USA meet) to sign up for the meets. This is a much faster method for everyone. Coach Cutler can provide an access ID and password to log on and make your entries. It is very important to have your entries in by the due date. Late entries make it very difficult to set relays and may prevent your swimmer from being included in the meet. If for some reason you cannot attend after signing up, please let the coaches know as soon as possible. This has an impact on our team entries and, in most cases, the relay line-ups.

For the WMSL Dual meets you need only to declare your attendance online or, if you do not have internet access, notify Coach Cutler of your intent to participate by the due date. Coaches will assign events for dual meets, but do entertain requests. There is no additional charge for the WMSL meets.

To sign up for USA meets and WMSL Invitational meets you need to declare your attendance and choose your events. Event entry limits. fee amounts and schedules are listed in the meet information packets (link under each meet and posted outside the pool locker rooms). If you do not have internet access circle the events you are entering on the meet packet schedule of events and place in the Coach Cutler Folder or give directly to Coach Cutler. When signing up at Direct Athletics only the events your swimmer is eligible to swim will appear. Be sure you declare all of the events you intend to swim. You may attend individual or all days of the meet. These invitational meets allow the swimmer to choose, in advance, what they would like to compete in. Coaches would be happy to assist you in making choices. Meet entry fee amounts can be obtained from the meet packet info or on the Website after the meet entry deadline, and are due by the due date posted. Please make checks payable to "Rockford Riptide" and deposit in one of the black meet fee boxes near the information bins (at RHS and NRMS) by 6pm on the due date. Meet fee payment must be completed by the preceding method and due date in order for the swimmer's entry to be processed. Please put only the checks in the mailbox as registrations go to Coach Cutler.
